About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support business development and marketing efforts for the Energy, Infrastructure, Data Centers, and ESG practices.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of collateral materials, including bespoke pitch documents, standardized pitch decks, and matter descriptions.
  • Assist with matter collection processes, league table submissions, and industry award/directory submissions.
  • Support practice visibility through conferences, sponsorships, professional association memberships, and speaking opportunities.
  • Provide guidance for client relationship activities, including events, relationship reviews, and opportunity spotting.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Market Intelligence, and Directories teams to maintain high-quality client data and support research reports.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • 3-5+ years of professional services experience.
  • Proven experience creating and developing business pitches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity and comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Co-Pilot.
  • Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
