Backed by Ant International, EPOS is a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions provider based in Singapore. As part of Antom, EPOS leverages digital capabilities to serve regional small and medium-sized businesses with integrated O2O solutions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demos tailored to merchant needs
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals to onboard merchants onto EPOS' payment solutions
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Understand merchant pain points and provide tailored recommendations
- Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations
- Maintain long-term relationships to foster trust and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal product, onboarding, marketing, and operations teams
Requirements
- Experience dealing with SMEs
- Confident, articulate, and persuasive pitching skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
