Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans to achieve commercial objectives and budget compliance within Mexico and the region.
• Manage processes and projects related to offline channels, focusing on continuous improvement and increased profitability.
• Monitor the Strategic Map, detect deviations, generate alerts for timely correction, and follow up on action plans.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly analyses regarding commercial results, sales funnels, and ad hoc initiatives.
• Conduct P&L analysis and monitor channel and point-of-sale purchase orders.
• Control expenses and analyze OPEX and CAPEX deviations.
• Develop cross-market and cross-channel projects in coordination with regional cells.
• Establish commercial team goals based on strategy inputs and store performance.
• Calculate commissions and incentives for the sales force.
• Participate in campaign processes, including planning, goal structuring, and result tracking.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Experience with App Scripts and AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial areas or Business Intelligence with a commercial focus.
