Responsibilities

• Proactively search for, approach, and develop potential corporate clients through online and offline channels.
• Consult and introduce suitable solutions and services to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase satisfaction and service reuse rates.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement services and collect customer feedback.
• Manage customer information on the CRM system and track sales opportunities.
• Monitor contract progress, debt, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth payment processes.
• Perform periodic reports and other tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or product/service management.
• University or College degree in a related field.
• Deep knowledge and experience in the Vietnamese real estate market.
• Experience presenting to B2B client segments.
• Dynamic mindset, fast adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently, in teams, and under high pressure.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
