About the role
Responsibilities
- Search, approach, introduce, consult, and close deals with businesses needing high-volume labor recruitment
- Care for, support, and maintain relationships with existing clients, especially large enterprises
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with other teams to improve products and develop new business opportunities
- Manage customer data on CRM systems to plan weekly/monthly business and report results to management
- Identify issues and propose operational solutions
- Coordinate with departments to monitor debt and customer payment processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or management
- Experience in technology companies or recruitment platforms is a plus
- University or college degree
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- English communication skills are a plus
