Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for, approach, and develop potential corporate clients through online and offline channels
• Consult and introduce suitable solutions and services to meet customer needs
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase satisfaction and service reuse
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement services and collect customer feedback
• Manage customer information on CRM systems and track sales opportunities
• Monitor contract progress and debt collection to ensure smooth payment processes
• Perform periodic reports and other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or product/service management
• University or College degree in a related field
• Deep knowledge and experience in the Vietnamese real estate market
• Experience presenting to B2B corporate clients
• Dynamic mindset with high adaptability and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently, in teams, and under high pressure
• English communication skills are an advantage
