About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively search for, approach, and develop potential corporate clients through online and offline channels
- Consult and introduce suitable solutions and services to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase satisfaction and service reuse rates
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement services and collect customer feedback
- Manage customer information on CRM systems and track sales opportunities
- Monitor contract progress and debt collection to ensure smooth payment processes
- Perform periodic reporting and other tasks assigned by the direct manager
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or product/service management
- University or College degree in a related field
- Deep knowledge and experience in the Vietnamese real estate market
- Experience presenting to B2B client segments
- Dynamic mindset with high adaptability and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently, in teams, and under high pressure
- English communication skills are an advantage
