Business Development Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic territory plan to identify, qualify, and close high-value new logos across the UK and Europe
• Run the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to contract execution
• Articulate complex security and compliance value propositions to C-suite stakeholders
• Identify and expand under-penetrated accounts into large-scale enterprise agreements
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within CRM and forecast revenue targets

Requirements

• 6+ years of Enterprise Software/SaaS sales experience
• Documented track record of exceeding individual quotas (ideally £1M+ ARR)
• Proven history of securing new business logos (hunter mindset)
• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving IT, InfoSec, and Compliance
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep relationships and experience selling into Wealth Management or Insurance sectors
• Understanding of financial compliance regulations such as MiFID II or FCA guidelines
