Business Development Senior Professional

Responsibilities

• Support the sales force (Agencies/FTC) in promoting Indoor Climate systems through pre-sales activities at technical studios.
• Provide technical training to communicate product characteristics and quality to the market.
• Collaborate with the sales force to acquire new projects, including construction sites, new clients, and large enterprises.
• Manage direct relationships with major design studios to support the closing of opportunities.
• Identify market needs and provide feedback to Product Managers and R&D to support product range development.
• Provide technical support on construction sites to define suitable systems and consult on product or site-specific issues.

Requirements

• Technical background and experience in the hydro-thermo-sanitary and Indoor Climate sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Indoor Climate systems and market trends.
• Proven customer orientation toward retailers, installers, thermotechnicians, and architectural studios.
• Ability to work towards both qualitative and quantitative goals.
• Strong information-gathering skills to identify market needs and support product development.
• Ability to provide hands-on technical support and consultancy on-site.
