Business Development Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional portfolio strategy for the Building segment in the Andean Region (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru) to drive profitable growth.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities and develop business cases for new products and strategic projects.
• Drive upstream channel development by strengthening relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and consultants.
• Develop differentiated value propositions and collaborate with innovation and commercial teams to accelerate solution adoption.
• Monitor key performance indicators including growth, profitability, market share, and solution adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of innovation and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or Business Development.
• Proven experience in the Construction, Building Materials, or Technical Solutions industries.
• Strong knowledge of B2B business models and technical specification channels.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and develop complex business cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or postgraduate studies related to strategy, innovation, or business management.
• Experience working within the Andean regional market.
