Business Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Onboard merchants for payment gateways within the gaming industry
• Lead zonal sales team members to achieve overall sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and partners
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Perform research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
• Report directly to the CBO

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software solution selling
• 5+ years of experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions preferred
• Experience in creating and managing channel sales
• Experience working with Banks as a channel partner preferred
• Proven track record of creating and managing high-performance sales teams
• Experience setting up processes, SOPs, and performance appraisal metrics
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and one local language
