Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Sales and Account Executives to identify and source meetings that lead to pipeline and closed revenue
• Prospect across a high volume of accounts and strategically prioritize time
• Research and understand target industries and personas to become a market expert
• Build a point of view on customer needs and utilize qualifying questions
• Identify and contact prospective clients through cold-calling, emailing, and social media outreach
• Create, maintain, and update the database of prospects
• Thoroughly qualify outbound opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives
• Achieve department standards for daily outbound calls and weekly discovery calls

Requirements

• 6-12+ months of sales experience
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Strategic thinker and problem solver with an adaptable mindset
• Ability to work from the downtown Toronto office 4-5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, ScratchPad, Gong, or SalesNavigator
• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• Passion for fintech
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
