Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Sales and Account Executives to identify and source meetings that lead to pipeline and closed revenue
- Prospect across a high volume of accounts and strategically prioritize time
- Research and understand target industries and personas to become a market expert
- Build a point of view on customer needs and utilize qualifying questions
- Identify and contact prospective clients through cold-calling, emailing, and social media outreach
- Create, maintain, and update the database of prospects
- Thoroughly qualify outbound opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives
- Achieve department standards for daily outbound calls and weekly discovery calls
Requirements
- 6-12+ months of sales experience
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Strategic thinker and problem solver with an adaptable mindset
- Ability to work from the downtown Toronto office 4-5 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, ScratchPad, Gong, or SalesNavigator
- Experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Passion for fintech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
