About the role
Responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and qualify potential customers for Sales Executives focusing on software solutions
- Source leads within the retail, hospitality, and restaurant sectors
- Engage C-Level and senior executives (CxO, Director, VP) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Schedule tele-conferences, web meetings, and face-to-face meetings for the sales team
- Analyze prospect needs and business processes to identify potential software solutions
- Maintain and update Salesforce.com with accurate daily activity logs and data
- Support marketing activities including webinars, sales symposiums, and mailing list maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a B2B sales environment
- Proven experience with cold calling, including reaching high-level executives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to problem-solve
- Results-driven attitude with the determination to win new business
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong interest in technology and developing a career in software sales
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
