About the role

Responsibilities

  • Research, prospect, and qualify potential customers for Sales Executives focusing on software solutions
  • Source leads within the retail, hospitality, and restaurant sectors
  • Engage C-Level and senior executives (CxO, Director, VP) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule tele-conferences, web meetings, and face-to-face meetings for the sales team
  • Analyze prospect needs and business processes to identify potential software solutions
  • Maintain and update Salesforce.com with accurate daily activity logs and data
  • Support marketing activities including webinars, sales symposiums, and mailing list maintenance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Proven experience with cold calling, including reaching high-level executives
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to problem-solve
  • Results-driven attitude with the determination to win new business

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong interest in technology and developing a career in software sales
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
