Responsibilities
- Travel nationwide to attend major healthcare trade shows and conferences
- Represent Youlify at events by engaging hospital leaders and physician groups
- Drive outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and opportunity management in HubSpot CRM
- Support the CEO with sales meeting coordination, scheduling, and preparation
- Ensure prompt follow-up after meetings with clear next steps
Requirements
- 0–3 years of B2B sales development experience
- Comfortable with 50% travel
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience using HubSpot CRM
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, FinTech, or SaaS
- Experience selling into hospitals, physician groups, or healthcare systems
- Trade show or conference sales experience
