Responsibilities

  • Strategic Hunting: Identify target accounts and decision-makers, launching outbound campaigns via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Pipeline Building: Proactively generate qualified opportunities to ensure a predictable deal flow.
  • Problem-Oriented Conversations: Ask the right questions to recognize challenges and position Workerbase as a solution for operational problems.
  • Modern Sales Setup: Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, N8N, Clay, and AI-driven tools to improve targeting and conversion.
  • Continuous Optimization: Analyze response rates and test messaging approaches to develop outbound processes data-drivenly.
  • Team Impact: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure structured handovers.

Requirements

  • Experience in a performance-oriented, customer-intensive environment (e.g., gastronomy, retail, recruiting, business services).
  • Structured and analytical thinking regarding conversion rates and optimization loops.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Ambition to develop toward Enterprise Sales.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English (C1/C2).
