Responsibilities

  • Identify and research high-potential enterprise accounts
  • Analyze and map buying committees
  • Build relationships with relevant decision-makers
  • Design and execute highly personalized outbound campaigns via phone, social selling, and email
  • Qualify opportunities and ensure structured handovers to Account Executives
  • Build a consistent, predictable pipeline
  • Feed market insights back into positioning and product narratives
  • Continuously optimize outreach processes through experimentation and data analysis

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, startups, or dynamic tech environments
  • Structured and analytical mindset focused on conversion rates and optimization loops
  • Proficiency in cold outreach as a strategic discipline
  • Resilience and professional handling of rejection
  • Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Fluent communication in German and English (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong sense of ownership and desire to work in a high-performance team
