Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns targeting specific industries and customer segments
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
• Engage decision-makers and introduce the company's products and value proposition
• Schedule qualified meetings and generate opportunities for the sales team
• Research prospective accounts and tailor outreach based on industry needs
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline progress within the CRM
• Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and lead generation targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident speaking with executives and key decision-makers
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
• B2B sales experience is strongly preferred
• Experience using CRM systems is an asset
