About the role

Responsibilities

  • Call on warm leads from webinars, trade shows, and partner events, as well as leads generated through independent research
  • Qualify warm leads to identify pain points, use cases, and potential cloud storage volume needs
  • Schedule appointments and introduce qualified leads to Enterprise, Commercial, Channel, or Inside Sales representatives
  • Capture all activities and qualification details accurately within the CRM
  • Collaborate weekly with marketing colleagues to provide feedback on campaign results and success metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of experience as a technology BDR or SDR
  • Proven comfort with cold calling and proactive prospecting
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and accept constructive criticism
