About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain direct referral relationships within designated target markets to support the utilization of the facility’s continuum of care.
  • Organize, coordinate, and support community-based activities to represent the mission and vision of the organization.
  • Take a proactive approach to understanding the demographics and business landscape of the assigned target area.
  • Generate new referrals and build long-term partnerships to drive growth and expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Palm Beach County market and geographical area.
  • Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to engage local business leaders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or behavioral health preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clinical licenses such as RN, LPN, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
