Responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities to fuel company growth
- Partner with an Account Executive to achieve monthly sales quotas
- Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels
- Develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging with sales management
- Conduct daily pre-call research, high-volume calling, and lead nurturing
- Maintain accurate records within HubSpot
Requirements
- Desire to pursue a career in Sales
- Ability to work in a collaborative and competitive environment

- Strong self-awareness and ability to adapt to feedback

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or prospecting
- Experience in the construction industry
- SaaS sales experience

- Bachelor's degree
