About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling and lead pursuit for Trinity Logistics transportation services
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their shipping needs
- Transition new accounts into ongoing account management relationships
- Serve as a one-stop resource for customer transportation requirements
Requirements
- Superior interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Previous customer-facing experience preferred
- Logistics industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn new software and computer systems
