About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform inside sales duties including cold calling and pursuing leads for new customers
  • Build and manage a book of business by transitioning from sales to account management
  • Provide top-notch service to prospective and existing customers for all transportation needs
  • Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to secure new business

Requirements

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn new software and computer systems
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer-facing or logistics roles preferred
