Responsibilities

  • Proactively outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Discover opportunities from leads and set appointments
  • Use selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
  • Understand Temporal OSS and Cloud solutions to provide high level introductions
  • Log, track, and maintain outbound activity
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and attend customer meetings
  • Define and iterate on processes for a growing team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in prospecting roles
  • Excellent in-person, phone, and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Docs, and Spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
