Responsibilities
- Proactively outbound prospecting and lead activity management
- Discover opportunities from leads and set appointments
- Use selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
- Understand Temporal OSS and Cloud solutions to provide high level introductions
- Log, track, and maintain outbound activity
- Work closely with the Sales Team and attend customer meetings
- Define and iterate on processes for a growing team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in prospecting roles
- Excellent in-person, phone, and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Ability to make formal and informal presentations
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Docs, and Spreadsheets
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
