About the role
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities across assigned industries within India
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Develop tailored sales messaging and outreach strategies aligned with customer needs in the Indian market
- Communicate Telnyx’s value proposition regarding Voice AI, CPaaS, and network infrastructure
- Collaborate with Account Executives to generate high-quality meetings and pipeline
- Accurately document all prospecting and sales activities in Salesforce
Requirements
- Commercial experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales techniques (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility
- Strong interest in technology and the ability to learn complex products quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or general technology sectors
- Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting
