About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dynamic book of 300–400 accounts with a focus on outbound prospecting and strategic engagement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify outbound leads and align prospects with relevant Telnyx solutions
  • Set high-quality meetings and collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities through the pipeline
  • Craft personalized messaging strategies tailored to specific industries, personas, and buyer pain points
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records to track activities, pipeline status, and key insights
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and training to accelerate your path toward an Account Executive role

Requirements

  • 0–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • A growth mindset and a strong desire to build a career in tech sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling
  • High energy, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce and Salesloft experience is a plus)

  • Competitive compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 base + commissions ($75,000 - $80,000 OTE)
