About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers within the target market
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and email marketing to engage with prospects
  • Qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Maintain and update CRM with detailed prospect information and interactions
  • Track leads and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers to introduce products and uncover opportunities
  • Utilize a mix of cold calls, personalized emails, and follow-up campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize on lead conversion
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize campaigns and messaging
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including meetings scheduled and leads generated
  • Prepare reports to highlight progress and challenges

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience with international clientele preferred
  • Ability to work US-shift (6:30 PM to 4 AM)
  • Highly focused on achieving activity and revenue targets
