About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential customers within the target market
- Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and email marketing to engage with prospects
- Qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Maintain and update CRM with detailed prospect information and interactions
- Track leads and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team
- Initiate contact with decision-makers to introduce products and uncover opportunities
- Utilize a mix of cold calls, personalized emails, and follow-up campaigns
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize on lead conversion
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize campaigns and messaging
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including meetings scheduled and leads generated
- Prepare reports to highlight progress and challenges
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience with international clientele preferred
- Ability to work US-shift (6:30 PM to 4 AM)
- Highly focused on achieving activity and revenue targets
