Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into actively trading clients through consultative sales and education
• Guide prospective clients through the complete onboarding journey from registration to first-time deposit
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and FTD targets
• Educate clients on trading platforms, CFD products, and account verification (KYC) procedures
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs within the CRM system
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client journey

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of two years experience in high-performance outbound sales or contact center environments
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of computer literacy including CRM and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in online trading, CFDs, Forex, or financial services
• Experience using sales dialer software and trading platforms
• Understanding of KYC, AML principles, and financial regulations
