Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and other outreach channels
- Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
- Accurately track outreach activities and progress within the CRM
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on market penetration strategies
- Research prospects and gather market intelligence
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
