Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and other outreach channels
  • Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Accurately track outreach activities and progress within the CRM
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on market penetration strategies
  • Research prospects and gather market intelligence
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
