About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns using phone, email, and social media to engage enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Conduct deep-dive research and account mapping to identify key decision-makers like IT Managers and DevOps Leads
- Perform high-impact, 5-minute technical product demonstrations to show value to technical audiences
- Qualify prospects using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC to ensure high-quality lead handovers
- Maintain strict CRM hygiene and pipeline orchestration within Salesforce
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer objections to Marketing and Product teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- Proven "hunter" mentality with the resilience to handle cold outreach and rejection
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach
- Experience in SaaS or IT infrastructure is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical curiosity regarding IT monitoring and database management
- Strategic thinking skills to prioritize territories based on data and research
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to share successful tactics with the broader team
