About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns using phone, email, and social media to engage enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Conduct deep-dive research and account mapping to identify key decision-makers like IT Managers and DevOps Leads
  • Perform high-impact, 5-minute technical product demonstrations to show value to technical audiences
  • Qualify prospects using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC to ensure high-quality lead handovers
  • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and pipeline orchestration within Salesforce
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer objections to Marketing and Product teams

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Proven "hunter" mentality with the resilience to handle cold outreach and rejection
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach
  • Experience in SaaS or IT infrastructure is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical curiosity regarding IT monitoring and database management
  • Strategic thinking skills to prioritize territories based on data and research
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to share successful tactics with the broader team
