About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns using phone, email, and social channels
- Identify key decision-makers such as IT Managers, DBAs, and DevOps Leads through deep-dive account research
- Conduct high-impact, 5-minute technical product demonstrations to show value to technical audiences
- Qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC
- Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and collaborate with sales teams for seamless opportunity transitions
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer objections to Marketing and Product teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- Experience within SaaS or IT infrastructure space preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and AI-assisted prospecting tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Resilience and a self-starter "hunter" mentality
