Responsibilities

• Use various channels to reach out to potential customers including phone calls, emails, and social-media interactions
• Engineer engaging dialogue through a consultative sales process
• Guide potential customers through the sales process as the face of the organization
• Become a subject matter expert on Smarty offerings and tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM of record
• Coordinate appointments, demos, and introductions
• Periodically attend trade shows and conferences

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or conversational customer service
• Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
• Track record of articulating a product or service and building rapport
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Ability to conduct needs assessments to uncover pain points
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and confident with strong attention to detail
