Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify and target high-priority accounts
• Prospect, educate, and qualify accounts to create sales-ready opportunities
• Execute outbound prospecting sequences and cold calling via Outreach
• Overcome objections through consultative selling techniques
• Build and grow relationships with prospects to become a trusted advisor
• Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to manage daily workflows
• Consistently meet or exceed a quota of 6 qualified demos per month

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of BDR or SDR experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach or Salesloft
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and other corporate productivity tools
• Excellent communication skills, including strong phone presence and writing ability
• Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management skills
