Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify high-priority target accounts
• Prospect, educate, and qualify accounts to create sales-ready opportunities
• Execute outbound prospecting sequences and cold calling via Outreach
• Overcome objections through consultative selling techniques
• Build and grow relationships with prospects to become a trusted advisor
• Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to manage daily workflows
• Consistently meet or exceed a monthly quota of 10 qualified demos

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Strong communication skills with a positive and energetic presence
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and corporate productivity tools

• Previous sales training
• Experience using Salesforce
