Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound engagement across a managed portfolio of law firms
- Achieve monthly activation targets consistently
- Build rapport with practice managers, principals, and fee earners
- Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce
- Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Provide market intelligence to product and marketing teams
Requirements
- 1+ years in a sales, account management, or business development role
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Highly organized with ability to manage a large portfolio
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient and competitive mindset
