Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume outbound engagement across a managed portfolio of law firms
  • Achieve monthly activation targets consistently
  • Build rapport with practice managers, principals, and fee earners
  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Provide market intelligence to product and marketing teams

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a sales, account management, or business development role
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Highly organized with ability to manage a large portfolio
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient and competitive mindset
