About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website inquiries
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospective customers based on business needs, budget, and fit
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging
  • Maintain accurate prospect records within CRM systems
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or Lead Generation roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and social selling
  • Ability to effectively qualify leads and uncover customer needs
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
  • Exposure to ABM programs and demand generation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
