About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website inquiries
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospective customers based on business needs, budget, and fit
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging
- Maintain accurate prospect records within CRM systems
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or Lead Generation roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting and social selling
- Ability to effectively qualify leads and uncover customer needs
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
- Exposure to ABM programs and demand generation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
