About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-value business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship development
  • Identify and engage homeowners and real estate agents aligned with the ideal customer profile
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and field activations to build brand awareness
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person conversations
  • Nurture early-stage relationships and guide prospects toward qualified meetings
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up processes and manage pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and targeting

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or high-contact roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or a similar platform
  • Ability to attend industry events and represent the company professionally
  • Real estate experience is preferred but not required
