About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate high-value business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship development
- Identify and engage homeowners and real estate agents aligned with the ideal customer profile
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and field activations to build brand awareness
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person conversations
- Nurture early-stage relationships and guide prospects toward qualified meetings
- Maintain disciplined follow-up processes and manage pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and targeting
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or high-contact roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or a similar platform
- Ability to attend industry events and represent the company professionally
- Real estate experience is preferred but not required
