About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings with sales executives and log activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate leads
  • Research potential customers through online channels and industry events
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed prospect information
  • Cultivate relationships with potential customers to understand business needs
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional, customer-facing experience
  • Prior BDR or sales experience preferred
  • Understanding of the full sales process including prospecting and cold calling
  • Ability to communicate professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing startup environment
