About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings with sales executives and log activities in Salesforce CRM
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate leads
- Research potential customers through online channels and industry events
- Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed prospect information
- Cultivate relationships with potential customers to understand business needs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional, customer-facing experience
- Prior BDR or sales experience preferred
- Understanding of the full sales process including prospecting and cold calling
- Ability to communicate professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing startup environment
