Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team members to schedule discovery calls and product demos
• Use tools like 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to prospect into strategic accounts
• Perform account research to tailor outbound emails and articulate Redwood's value proposition
• Qualify leads through research, targeted communication, and active listening
• Provide in-depth information to the sales team to enable productive product demonstrations
• Meet or exceed assigned quotas for contact engagements
• Maintain and record accurate information within various tracking systems

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Competitive attitude with a proven track record of meeting objectives
• Ability to handle complex, dynamic requirements and shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree
• Previous sales experience
• Experience with CRMs and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
• Technical background or skills
