Responsibilities
- Identify and research target companies and decision-makers in retail, fashion, and manufacturing
- Execute multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and social channels
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects based on fit, budget, and need
- Maintain accurate prospect information and communication history in the CRM
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Marketing to refine messaging
- Promote the use of AI tools to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and resilient
- Strong desire to learn about supply chain management and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a service-based or SaaS B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement platforms
- Experience in TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) bodies
- Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity
