Responsibilities

• Generate leads and move them into the sales funnel by cold calling potential clients using a power dialer
• Understand potential client needs, qualify interest, and transfer leads to Inside Sales Representatives
• Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies
• Participate in ongoing sales training, workshops, and weekly team meetings

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 40-50 hours per week
• Must be located in Medellín (this is an in-office role)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
