About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities with prospective Enterprise & Mid-Market clients
- Research target accounts, map buying groups, and identify key stakeholders
- Execute structured multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data within CRM systems
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on campaigns and messaging
- Test and refine outreach strategies to improve performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, cloud, or AI/analytics markets, or relevant degrees/certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a high-activity environment
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft or similar)
