About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent Peregrine at hosted events, conferences, and agency meetings to own lead generation and follow-up
- Respond to and qualify high-volume inbound leads via multi-channel outreach
- Generate qualified leads and book discovery and demo meetings for Account Executives
- Identify and build early-stage relationships with law enforcement and government agencies
- Run disciplined outbound outreach and refine talk tracks and objection handling
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and opportunities in CRM
Requirements
- 2-3 years in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Proven record of performing in demanding environments
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and persuasive writing skills
- Ability to work out of the Washington, DC or San Francisco office
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S.
- Strong time management and CRM hygiene
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in public safety, public service, or local government
- Experience with events, trade shows, or field programs
- Familiarity with government procurement cycles or law enforcement hierarchies
