Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans and forecasts to achieve revenue growth and market penetration in the assigned region
• Establish and strengthen relationships with merchant partners to drive growth in the distribution network
• Maintain healthy accounts by responding to requests and solving problems regarding customer conversion
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance, promote marketing materials, and activate incentive campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions and action plans

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven sales track record in the financing industry, specifically growing retailers, distributors, or mobile network operators
• Must have personal transportation, preferably a motorcycle
• Fluency in Indonesian with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoho, Zendesk, and Slack
• Detail-oriented and process-oriented with experience working under robust SLAs

• Previous technical experience
• Fluency in English
