About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research prospective companies and contacts to identify strong potential fits
- Work through targeted prospect lists in Salesforce, including re-engagement opportunities
- Qualify outbound leads based on fit, interest, and readiness for sales engagement
- Schedule qualified demos for Sales Representatives and Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce
- Provide prospect feedback to sales and marketing teams to improve messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence making cold calls and engaging prospects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software, SaaS, building products, construction, or home improvement industries
- Familiarity with outbound sales motions and lead qualification processes
- Experience creating qualified pipeline or re-engaging inactive opportunities
