Responsibilities

• Identify and target high-potential commercial and premium residential clients
• Execute prospecting strategies via direct contact, networking, and referrals
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales tracking systems
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads
• Develop relationships with property owners, managers, and referral partners
• Represent the company at networking events and trade shows
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR 5+ years of sales/marketing experience
• 3+ years in enterprise sales or business development
• Proven success in lead generation and pipeline building
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tech tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High energy and ownership mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Knowledge of the Tucson and Southern Arizona market
