About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound cadences via email, call, and social media to generate new business
  • Conduct discovery meetings with high-value prospects
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
  • Articulate product value and address customer pain points
  • Nurture early-phase opportunities for future pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline attribution

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Business, Commerce, or Marketing
  • Experience in outbound sales or a strong customer service background
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with grit and focus
  • Outstanding phone, written, and active listening communication skills
  • CRM experience is an asset
  • Experience in enterprise software selling is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in French
