About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional Account Executives to define territory strategies and build multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Systematically map target enterprise organisations to identify and engage key personas across technical and business teams
  • Execute high-volume strategic outbound outreach, including cold calling, tailored emailing, and social selling
  • Conduct rigorous technical and business discovery to uncover organisational pain points and buying triggers
  • Qualify outbound prospects using structured enterprise sales methodologies for seamless handoff to sales teams
  • Maintain strict data hygiene and activity tracking within Salesforce and Outreach

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within the enterprise software industry
  • Experience executing structured outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calling, email sequencing, multi-channel)
  • Proficiency with enterprise sales technology stacks such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience handling technical discovery, objection handling, and engaging unmapped stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data infrastructure, analytics, AI, or information management technology sectors
  • Proven ability to map complex enterprise accounts and identify key decision-makers (CTOs, Data Architects, etc.)
  • Ability to leverage intent data and industry news to craft highly personalised value propositions
  • Demonstrated capability to conduct value-based discovery conversations
  • High resilience and a track record of exceeding outbound KPIs in a fast-paced environment
