About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and government agencies
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts throughout the project life cycle
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and track client interactions
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity within the CRM
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of industrial and/or heavy commercial construction markets
- Proven track record in business development or sales within industrial/heavy commercial construction
- Willingness to travel
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
