Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect high-potential biotech and pharma companies
  • Craft compelling outbound campaigns targeting scientists, bioinformaticians, and R&D leaders
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for sales and science teams
  • Collaborate with founders and leadership on messaging and market expansion
  • Document customer insights to inform product and marketing strategy

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in biotech, life sciences, AI, or enterprise SaaS
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex B2B environments
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities
  • Intellectual curiosity about science and technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with scientific software or life sciences customers
  • Familiarity with genomics or bioinformatics
  • Experience in early-stage startup environments
