Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high-potential biotech and pharma companies
- Craft compelling outbound campaigns targeting scientists, bioinformaticians, and R&D leaders
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for sales and science teams
- Collaborate with founders and leadership on messaging and market expansion
- Document customer insights to inform product and marketing strategy
Requirements
- 2-5 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in biotech, life sciences, AI, or enterprise SaaS
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex B2B environments
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Strong research and prospecting abilities
- Intellectual curiosity about science and technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scientific software or life sciences customers
- Familiarity with genomics or bioinformatics
- Experience in early-stage startup environments
