About the Company

Mercura (YC W25) helps companies in the real-world industry move at software speed by automating back-office work. We automate the $12 trillion industry behind hospitals, schools, and power plants, starting with turning technical requests into accurate quotes. We have grown to $2M ARR in our first year and are targeting $10M by 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full prospecting cycle including identifying leads and engaging via phone, email, and social media
  • Implement new inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
  • Develop deep product and market understanding to tailor pitches
  • Conduct market research to identify target accounts in collaboration with GTM Engineering
  • Create and refine sales materials, scripts, and templates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Confidence speaking English
  • High motivation to build a category-defining company
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and commercially sharp
  • Willingness to work five days a week from our Munich office
  • Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or consulting is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
